Eset install with Web ESMC

Good afternoon, please consult on one issue. ESMC is installed on the web server, agents and ESET Antivirus itself are installed on all computers entered into the domain, but there are also devices that have Windows Home installed and cannot be added to the domain. In the web client, they are visible when scanning the network, the agent is remotely placed on them, but when the agent is installed, no symbols of this appear and therefore ESET Antivirus cannot be installed.

Not sure I understood correctly, but please manually verify that AGENT is actually installed on those machines. If so, please follow documentation for troubleshooting AGENTs connectivity.
