Basically, I want to take a readable copy of a policy in a PDF file format (or .docx) so that there is always a guide as to what policies we have in-case I am off and someone needs to have a look etc. Kind Regards, Kieran Barry Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

But you can create a read-only user for them and give that user permissions to see your policies. This way they can navigate to the Policies, click on any policy they need and under the Setting tab see all the applied settings of the policy.
