Mavcom 0
I used Eset security management center server version 7.0.553.0 and web console version 7.0.413.0 to create an installation package with Eset Management agent version 7.0.553.0 and Endpoint Security version 7.0.2073.1 for a Microsoft Windows 8.1 64-bit Lenovo laptop. The applications were installed on the device but the Endpoint Security did not activate until after I created and ran a product activation task even though the license key was included when the package was created. I created on-demand scan which started running around 4:00PM (16:00), the laptop was left on over night and the scan was still running the next morning. I deleted the task and created a new one which has been running now for about 3 hours. What could be causing this and how can I correct it? Administrators Marcos 5,271 Posted October 11, 2018 Administrators Share Posted October 11, 2018 If you have gigabytes of iso files or other archives / containers with dozens of thousands files inside, it can take quite long to complete the scan. Try running a scan with archives disabled to see if it improves the speed.
Mavcom 0
Thanks. I'll give that a try.
