TisAdmin 0 Posted October 1 Share Posted October 1 Hello, We have a problem with license sync, in Eset Protect On-Prem it shows only 60 computers, but in License manager it shows that 93/120 is activated. Also on Eset Protect Hub it shows only 20 computers that we previously added on trial license, and there in license manager it also shows 93/120 licenses used. Our reseller told us that we just need to create new activation task with full license and let it run on these computers that were under trial license, and when trial license expires just to delete it.
