Report - Device Identifiers

Hi, 

I've seen on this topic : https://forum.eset.com/topic/12556-cant-get-report-to-give-me-serial-numbers/ that using report to get Device Identifiers would be on the release soon. 

 

But it seems that I'm not able to use reports to get them. Is there anything I should do to get that info.

First of all, which version of ERA / ESMC you are using?

Also, if an answer for the first question is "V7" are all of your agents updated to V7 as well?
