Hi everybody,

 

 

i renew my Licence today, but i have an big Problem, the Update is not possible.

 

For an better Understanding the Log.

If you received a new username and password, it should be valid immediately. If your previous username and password was preserved, it may take about 12-24 hours for the new license to be accepted by update servers.
 
Anyways, the error logged reads "Fehler bei Update von Virenschutz: Update-Daten nicht konsistent" so it looks like there was a problem with update files on the disk. Have you tried clearing the update cache?

i cleared the Update cache, but it dosnt helped.

Hello Carlos,

 

do you use any proxy server?

If yes please try to update on a connection without it and let us know.

I phone to the Support its an Big Problem with the updatesserver .
