Arakasi 549 Posted January 4, 2014 Share Posted January 4, 2014 Tom Good morning. The Sysinspector does not consist of your photos. It is an XML type document that only shows text. See my screen shots. If you would like to see how the log looks when it arrives. Open it inside ESET Sysinspector. You can create a log yourself and see exactly what the recipient will see, since you have Sysinspector "the software" already. Hope this becomes more clear for you. It will tell the viewer the following info :Basic Information : OS version, Time , Language, Processor, Ram etc Environment Variables Installed software Hotfixes and KB you have installed Hard drive sizes Network shares and folder "paths" Event logs The normal information about your computer etc. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
