ESET Staff MichalJ 434 Posted August 30, 2018 ESET Staff Share Posted August 30, 2018 No, it is not possible to disable "Administrator" account. What is recommended is to secure the Administrator account with strong password, stored in a secured place. In case anything goes wrong with ESMC / ERA, it´s the only account that might be able to resolve the problems.

ESET Staff MichalJ 434 Posted August 30, 2018 ESET Staff Share Posted August 30, 2018 You have to configure "mapped domain security groups". It won´t work for individual user, but It will work for the security groups. Then you can login by writing "domain\username" + checking the box "login into the domain" on the login screen.
