Your license for consumer product ESS/EIS doesn't entitle you to active ESET File Security for MS Windows servers. Please contact your local distributor.

You can easily check, which applications the license would activate, by trying to access "ESET License Administrator" with the license key you have.

If it works, it´s a business license (it might be quite old, issued formerly for Smart Security Business Addition). Then you can attempt creation of an offline file, and in the list of products, you can search for "ESET File Security": if that would work, then you can do it.
