Excel freeze

Hello,

Since I installed ESET 6 agent on my company computers, users complained about Excel 2013 freezes many time in a day and sometimes they have to shutdown Excel from task manager and loose their changes.

I'm looking for the best ration between protection and computer RAM and CPU usage. Could you help me please ?

I use Antivirus balanced policy as default one.

Why do you suspect ESET to be the culprit? Does pausing real-time protection or temporarily uninstalling ESET make a difference?
