hello, On my policy, HTTP scanner is activated but on my computer it is disabled even with last policy version applied. Screen capture in attachement, ERA and agend each. How can I reforce http scanner to be activated on agents please ? Thank you for your help.

Hello, Since I installed ESET 6 agent on my company computers, users complained about Excel 2013 freezes many time in a day and sometimes they have to shutdown Excel from task manager and loose their changes. I'm looking for the best ration between protection and computer RAM and CPU usage. Could you help me please ? I use Antivirus balanced policy as default one.

hello, I disables HIPS on computer agent since they are behing a firewall filtering incoming datas. But now, all my computers are in alerte under ERA. How can I disable alert belonging to HIPS please ? Thank you for your help

Hello, I change one of policy used on remote computes, but it's never been deployed. How can I check if a computer receive the good version of policy. How can I force a computer to reload policy, because even after a restart it doesn't work. Thanks, Regards
