omgrob 0 Posted January 25, 2018 Posted January 25, 2018 Currently we have in 24 out of the 30 licenses available, but we are officially using only 17. A while back we have to rebuild the mobile connector and a couple of the phones populated to lost and found, and then showed up in mobile device category as well. Any way to restore the licenses count to the correct amount or remove this phantom phones from the database?
ESET Staff MichalJ 434 Posted January 26, 2018 ESET Staff Posted January 26, 2018 You need to execute "stop managing / uninstall ERA Agent" task on them. Then delete from ERA, and choose "deactivate the license" option. Alternatively, you can remove the seats for the no-longer active devices via ESET License Administrator.
