  1. Currently using 6.62046.0 Eset Endpoint Security We disabled Integrate in Outlook originally, but the work around that support gave us was. -Disable scanning of Sent email form Email to scan -Uncheck Allow user address list from Antispam Address Books -Turn back on Integrate in Outlook and relaunch mail client.
  2. Had the same issue for a hand full of 2016 Outlook/ Home and Bizz on Win 10 Pro. Close out Outlook disabled the integrated option from Eset launch Outlook and you are back to normal.
  3. Currently we have in 24 out of the 30 licenses available, but we are officially using only 17. A while back we have to rebuild the mobile connector and a couple of the phones populated to lost and found, and then showed up in mobile device category as well. Any way to restore the licenses count to the correct amount or remove this phantom phones from the database?
  4. For phones iOS specifically this would be the same?
  5. Does the "stop managing" task free up the licenses once executed on the device or is there another step before it is released?
  6. On-demand scan that we have scheduled through our ERA's policy and noticed that it was starting at 11 instead of the set time of 12. Any thoughts on ways to approach/troubleshoot this?
  7. Indeed, but in the end I just forced it on with the ability to not edit it at the client level and now the all end points are all green. Ty for your post Karol it got me looking in the right direction!
  8. Currently moving clients from 6.4 to 6.6 and getting this "protocol filtering" is disabled. I've been able to turn them on manually, but is there a better way to do this from ERA? Clients do have an updated policy with these functions enabled.
