Can't activate product, no response from support

I submitted a ticket 5 days ago and haven't heard anything since except for a scripted ticket receipt, so I thought I'd try my luck here

 

Activation fails with ACT.7 "License and product do not match" 
Product installed is ESET NOD32 Antivirus 
Receipt is for ESET NOD32 Antivirus valid until Apr 2018 
 

It's a Windows 10 machine that worked fine with the product before I wiped the Windows install

Did you purchase the license from your local (Asian) distributor and contacted him? Please drop me a personal message with your license key enclosed.

I was redirected to the Korean version of the ESET website while purchasing, and I have receipts in Korean AND in English (2 different emails)

Does that mean I need to contact the Korean ESET website for support?

Well fortunately for me, the license expires not too long from now

I guess that's it for me then

It was nice while it lasted

Normally you should contact your local support. If you haven't received a response from them for whatever reason, you can drop me a personal message with the 2 emails you've received attached. Either of them should contain your license details, in particular your license key which I will look up on files then.
