    I was redirected to the Korean version of the ESET website while purchasing, and I have receipts in Korean AND in English (2 different emails) Does that mean I need to contact the Korean ESET website for support?

    I submitted a ticket 5 days ago and haven't heard anything since except for a scripted ticket receipt, so I thought I'd try my luck here Activation fails with ACT.7 "License and product do not match" Product installed is ESET NOD32 Antivirus Receipt is for ESET NOD32 Antivirus valid until Apr 2018 It's a Windows 10 machine that worked fine with the product before I wiped the Windows install
