Activation Error Code ACT.0

I have been trying to activate ESET Smart Security with a renewed license key for past 3 days. I keep getting Activation Failed message with Error Code ACT 0. My license expires today. Please suggest how to resolve this issue.

Try installing ESET Internet Security see this: https://forum.eset.com/topic/13539-eset-smart-security-has-been-replaced-by-eset-internet-security-in-version-11/

And then use your new license key.

Please drop me a private message with your license key enclosed so that we can check if everything is ok on the server's part.
