Password Manager Activation problem

I am having difficulties completing the Password Manager set up with my upgraded Home Ultimate subscription. I downloaded the program and have the extension by the Safari browser. I cannot complete the activation process - it states I need to create an account. I have created an ESET home account and used the master pw required. It states that I need to create an account. It also does not display my name under the Password Manage tab. I have cleared all history and restarted. Any advice would be appreciated. DD

It would be useful if you post some screenshots for clarification. Perhaps the best would be if you raise a support ticket.
