Can I deactivate & block computers in ELA?

We have a ESET Endpoint Security + File Security license for 50 computers. I saw two computers that I didn't recognize, I deactivated them, then the next day I checked they were again there and activated. I did this again and later they were there again (with activated date corresponding to deactivation). I suspect someone is using our key, but I can't figure out who. Can I somehow block them permanently from using our key?

Are those Endpoints managed by ERA? If so, couldn't it be that they fall into a dynamic group with not activated Endpoint and activation is triggered automatically?

No, they are not activated from ERA

So the ERA agent is not installed and running on these machines at all?

As of now, blacklisting of devices is not possible. What could help is to contact your ESET sales representative, and ask themto reset your license key.
