kapela86 11
We have a ESET Endpoint Security + File Security license for 50 computers. I saw two computers that I didn't recognize, I deactivated them, then the next day I checked they were again there and activated. I did this again and later they were there again (with activated date corresponding to deactivation). I suspect someone is using our key, but I can't figure out who. Can I somehow block them permanently from using our key? Edited November 17, 2017 by kapela86
Administrators Marcos 5,238 Posted November 17, 2017 Administrators Share Posted November 17, 2017 Are those Endpoints managed by ERA? If so, couldn't it be that they fall into a dynamic group with not activated Endpoint and activation is triggered automatically?

ESET Staff MichalJ 434 Posted November 18, 2017 ESET Staff Share Posted November 18, 2017 As of now, blacklisting of devices is not possible. What could help is to contact your ESET sales representative, and ask themto reset your license key.
