ESET SYSRESCUE fails, with little information

Sysrescue fails with little information. How do I debug this?

First attempt was to CD drive. Tried it again to ISO file. Got same error.

I had the same problem a while back. I was unable to make a Sysrescue disk on one of my computers too, but I was able to make one on another so I didn't worry about. That made me think it was computer related. I can't remember what computer it was because I have since replaced the computer that wouldn't make the disk at least twice. I'm always either updating or building new computers and giving the ones that I don't want anymore away. I would contact customer service as they are very good at responding to problems. They have even called me on the phone to help me.
