Good afternoon everyone, I have several computers, which, although they are updated and their respective antivirus work properly, they are not reported to the console. I sent them a wakeup call from the console without any result. I would like to know how I can proceed to solve this problem. Many thanks to all of you.

Is ERA agent installed on the machines and correctly configured to connect to the ERA Server? (if you are using version 6.x).

Exactly, network agents are installed on computers and configured to connect to ERA Server
