HienKieu 2 Posted June 7, 2017 Share Posted June 7, 2017 Hi all, For instance,we have trial license with 10pcs (Expired date: 7/1/2017) On webconsole ERA Server, i create new package Installer included Agent, Product (File Security for Win Server) + activation, everything is okay. When i run install package was created before on first server, it was sucessfully, you can see: But run this package on second server, i've received more info as below: As the same with package installed, license info (License ID), I don't know Why is it different in "License validity" and "License Type"? Seatname is located in the "About ESET File Security" section. We will check, which license information was provided to them, and why. Thank you.
