  1. Hello. We currently have a 100-user license and have 87 of those licenses active. If I activate another three devices, I will get a warning in ESET PROTECT that our available license count is getting low. Is there a way to disable this message or change the trigger so it shows a warning when only 5 licenses are left? Thanks!
  2. Hello, after successfully migrating to a new server, I can communicate properly with all the agents. But the PROTECT Server no longer sees any of the licenses used in it. (MSP\BA + Single Serial ones - over a 100) I can see all the licenses in SQL but not in the management console.
  3. I have Eset file and eset endpoint, managed by ERA 5.2. Seems ver 6 has "delete license". Do i free up seats by deleting computers from the console or must i delete the app from the pc then the console (which is quite a headache to get to at times). ? we are implementing new pcs for excisting users. Installing Eset on the new pcs.

Hi all, For instance,we have trial license with 10pcs (Expired date: 7/1/2017) On webconsole ERA Server, i create new package Installer included Agent, Product (File Security for Win Server) + activation, everything is okay. When i run install package was created before on first server, it was sucessfully, you can see: But run this package on second server, i've received more info as below: As the same with package installed, license info (License ID), I don't know Why is it different in "License validity" and "License Type"? If somebody have any ideas, please let me know? Thanks a lot!
  5. Hi everyone, For instance, we have a license trial with 10 clients. And we try with more units have been activated than the license contains, but all of them are working! Why's that? By the way, if they are working, How long is the time for overused limitation? Give us some advice? Thanks in advance!
