Links in Sticky do not work

I was checking out the forum to find out about the new version 10 ( as I am still running NOD 9) but none of the links in the stickies

re known issues or upgrade procedure actually work. I am getting "sorry, we could not find that" on two different browsers.

Can you please fix this.
