Could you please check version of installed ERA server and Webconsole as seen in about dialog? Localizations are stored in c:\ProgramData\ESET\RemoteAdministrator\Server\EraServerApplicationData\Data\Localization\LangData.dat - what is last modification and creation time of this file?
