jorgev 0 Posted November 17, 2016 Posted November 17, 2016 Hello, I just installed our ERA Server on a cloud server (public ip) with port 2225 since our port 2222 is in use for other application. I build a Live Agent Installer and succesfully installed on a remote computer Windows 10, I change the hosts files so the domain name points to the ERA public ip. On the ERA server firewall I opened the port 2225. But is not connecting, the logs from the agent shows: Connection refuse by the server. How can I connect the agents to the server, since all the computers will be remote. thanks in advance.
ESET Staff MartinK 384 Posted November 19, 2016 ESET Staff Posted November 19, 2016 Could you please open generated live installer EraAgentInstaller.bat file and check whether hostname and port of ERA server are correctly configured? Search for lines: set server_hostname=hostname set server_port=2222 in it. In case values will be incorrect, try to modify it.
