Trying to reach German Eset partner site:

Guess what: Certificate expired. NOD32 therefore blocks own site ;-)

Not sure who you got there as https://www.eset.com/de/partners/ opens a different page here and since it's located on eset.com that leverages a certificate valid until Nov 2017, there's no issue.

I came there via eset.de and 'Partner'

 

I believe https://portal.eset.de/is the subdomain in question

Yes, it happens when you click on the "Partner Login" link immediately under the "Suchen" (Search) box, which takes you to https://portal.eset.de, a domain registered by IKS Service GmbH, which I presume is ESET's official Partner Programme operator in Germany.

 

This is legitimate, but the certificate has expired. IKS should be notified immediately.
