    Apology for the late reply.
    I suggest you migrate to ESET Remote Administrator 6 because you can control all Endpoint v5 and have a better control of the use of the license.

    If delete the terminal from the console v5, those computers who don't report back don't show again. Is not need to delete ESET from the terminal.

    Let us know how goes...

    You have to use the upper-left square section of "Manage License" to access the portal.

    For that you have to use the credentials of the license and mail registered.

    Until you wait Marcos reply, the usual advices against malware are always valid. Some of them are:

    • Keep operating system up-to-date and patched
    • Use latest version of ESET available
    • ESET Live Grid active
    • Don't open unwanted emails
    • and more...

    Usually the "Agent not report to ERA" is a problem with the ports in use, then we suggest to check the KB3608 (http://support.eset.com/kb3608/).
    Do you check already the ports in both sides (on ERA and on terminal)?

    Give us some data about your case:

    • Version of ERA
    • Version of the Agents
    • Version of ESET Endpoint on terminals
    • Any third party firewall or appliance? (related to network traffic control)

    Can you give us some data please.

    • What version of ERA you are using?
    • All terminals you handle have (important) the Agent installed? if "yes", they report to ERA good?

    I replicate your above rules in a Dynamic group, after some minutes a computer with agent, Windows 10 and no AV at all shows up. Your rules work. Perhaps the Agent is not installed or you have a communication issue...
    More data will help.

     

  6. If is the same problem a client has, KB is not the solution.
    the screen is All black and you can't see a bit, you can't type anything or see where to type.

    Workaround: Shutdown your cellphone. wait 3 minutes. Start again, write the pin and pattern correctly with no errors, so anti-theft should not activate and you can access normally you cellphone.

    This problem not allow you to uninstall either.
