They are 2 different products for 2 difference OS (operating systems) and jobs.
The "Endpoint" products are for terminals or normal PC, ESET File Security is a product for servers (operating systems)
and is build to work under that scenario so you don't fill an impact on performance.
ESET File Security will give you the protection you want without a headache as SysAdmin.
Note: If we talking at Enterprise level you must already know those "jobs" on a server are
specific for servers, and how the Servers Operating system works.
Also, ESET installers will warning you about it is you try to install Endpoing on a server or
viceversa.
