Hi our status show 562/600 license. I delete some older clients (witch do not exist anymore) yesterday, so i see now under group "all" 514 assets with a license, why the licence file do not update? I try to sync over license Management but no change.

We have Windows 2012 R2 + SQLExpress DB I try a reset of the service -> no change I try a reboot of the system -> no change The device appiers again under lost and found

Hi, same problem but occurred in Version 6.3.113.0 not in 6.2.X It could be a old data (creating device under 6.2) but first delete "try" was under 6.3. Device is not available so please fix this. Thx HSW

Hi santoso, the erros sounds for me, that the eset server is blocked (firewall problem). The server must communicate with the ESET sites.

Yes its better but not complete gone. over 300 to 70 clients with this notification (after upgrade server and clients) i will try to reinstall this ones manually

We had also upgrade to 6.3. till now only good changes

Hi, we have a device witch we had upgrade to a newer android version. After this no activation is possible and the infos of the mobile are the old ones (old OS, old Applications). The device still connect to the Server but no chance to to reset the eras entrys. Also delete in ERAS not helps, the mobile still connect again with the old data. Try to reinstall the ESET on the mobile -> connection ok but no activation. Any tips we could try? And please dont say contact your local Support thx HSW

Hi, is it difficult to change the location of the SQL database? Actually we use the SQL Express 2008 from the integrated installer. We have performance problems with the reports. So i want to megrate to a 2012 Express or to a 2012 R2 SQL Server(if the Express is still not enough). How can i change the place from the database from ESET? We have ~600 clients, what are the recommended hardware specifications (RAM, CPU, OS Version)? thx for help HSW

Hi Marcos, yes this is true, but if the mail is already on the client, the mail security wont help. Is there a possibility to block spezial regards (with wild cards)?

Hi, it would be nice to have a feature to block spam mails according to attachments (name or extensions) or block mails according to the regard. (with wildcards) Like "Your bill from:*****". So we will have the chance to block new unknown spam/virus mails like it is since last week. Every day a mass of spam mails with risky DOC attachments. thanks HSW

FYI I have testing more clients with EES and Win7 and no one hast the probleme like with EEA! So the problem must be the EEA Engine (not the remote agent or the ERAS)

Any Updates? Problem still exists on 95% of the win7 Clients.

Hi Marcos, i wont write when ist no need for this ... we get many different USB Storages from external customers and ist not secure to let them in the internal network without scanning. So we create clients with non admin rights and restrict connections to 1 Server to upload data. The ESET must be possible to get updates, GPOs must work, Windows updates must be possible, some product updates also. Some Connections to customer pages are also allowed (so there is a connection to Internet but with many restrictions). So there is a need... to the second: web access can be locked to eras, i only see the feature for web protection? Say me where! Also the custom massage, is only in the web protection. If there is a way, dont say only "its not true" help us as "customer" and say where! thx

Hi i want to create a policy for clients with no internet Access except for some company pages. For this i have 3 possibilitys (please correct me if i wrong or you see more) 1.) Web Access protections: PRO: - I can create a allowed config with some sites like *eset*.* - I can block all others pages with * CONTRA: - no logging to server - no possibility to show user a custom made info (like Support adress or telephone number) 2.) Web controll: PRO - logging to Server - possibility to Show user a custom made info (like support adress or telephone number) CONTRA: - I can't create a allowed config with some sites like *eset*.*, i must Setup all sites like www.eset.com, www.eset2.com, .... -> this is - only possibility to exclude all other sites is to create a roule on categories + block all -> ist not so fine but ok, i can deal with this 3.) Personal Firewall PRO - Limit Protokolls to 80,8080,443 - exclusions for some applications CONTRA - only possible to exceptions with IP Adresses and ranges (try to exclude TeamViewer -> 200 Servers, many ranges...-> why no www.eset.com exceptions???) Hi it is possible to create a group, where all assets witch has found a virus activity in the last 30mins? Reason for this question: We actualy have a infection of PCs where ESET find only the files, which the virus create but not the virus self. It would be nice to automaticly delimit this devices over a dynamic group (cancel connection to Internet and network shares over eset endpoint security policy, i know to create such a policy) But for this it must be possible to create a dynamic group not only for active threads. Other possibility will be a automatic quarantine zone in ESET, where ESET locked such device until a admin release it. thx for help HSW

Hi, we actual test this over our ERAS V6 Realy nice features we give this a try in our company. But before we have some questions 1.) We have trouble to get the "find" working. All other commands work (lock, siren,...) but "find" task failed every try. (Location unavailable) The android telefon is active with location and wlan and LTE. The policy anti theft is active (all Features) Any tips what problem we have? 2.) We try to use the application block Feature -> we block a application and the eset on the mobile shows correct: blocked application BUT: - the user can still start the application - it is not possible to send a uninstall Task from eras Is this normal or must we Setup something more? thx for Infos
