  1. Hi, we have a phone witch is damaged and cant be go online again. We try to delete with and without deactivate licence. It still appear in the lost and found folder. How we could delete it?   2. Hi i have a client, witch was stolen and now have a unknown location. Somethimes the client connect to our ERA. Is there a way to get the public ip from this client? I only see the internal ip and sysinspector also only report the internal ip.   3. Hi i updated the mdc und clean up the tbl_ma_dataminer_deltalog again + reboot the machine. Actualy it looks better withe the cpu usage. I test with my device and now status updates from the mobile gets updated. But i have 4 devices with still old bad status, must i reenroll or any db cleanup need or only wait a little bit?

Any information of the needed hardware resources? https://support.eset.com/kb5773/ Please give me some infos and i think about a change of the mdm to a standalone system. You say its normal with the high cpu ussage, i must say you: no this wasnt in the past. You say there is no problem with the high ussage -> not realy normal actual we have only 16 devices. What if we have 100? Need a 8 core cluster?
  5. i cleaned the deltalog yesterday again and till now the entrys stay small. How can i cleanup the other tables too? I also improve the resources to 4 CPUs und 10 GB Ram (only temporary till the problem is gone, 100% cpu is now gone max is 70%)
  6. i know i know ^^ but since 6.4 i dont had this problems anymore before every update 1-5% of the clients
  7. Deactivate Agent service (dont stop only disable) and reboot. After this the uninstall is mostly possible. Sometimes in the past i must clean manuell. Deactivate, reboot, delete programm folder, programm data folder and reg (sometimes also must delete the services manuell) i hope for you deactivate and reboot is enough ^^

Thx for your help, sorry i overread your last post, the deltalog is again big This tables have more than 5K: EnrollmentTokens 30K tbl_ma_dataminer_deltalog 660K tbl_static_objects 13K tbl_static_objects_data 13K I can wait for the new update, if i should do every think else write it EDIT: MDM Version see first Post: 6.5.391.0
  9. Ram Usage is a little bit lower but cpu still goes from 5 to 100%
  10. 5429 now, High CPU % still active I reboot the machine and check in some minutes again.
  11. We still have the high cpu usage with the MDM Modul. Any fixes here? Its not a nice status for a Server
  12. stop managing, remove and renroll: Client Shows as "ok" but under details old status is mark as red and do not go away, also not up to date massage. Handy it self say all is fine.

  15. Update: I have restore the DB, after this clients status is ok. High CPU Usage of MDM ist still to high. Any Help?
  16. Hi we have some problems with our ERA. Since last week the cpu % of the Server goes from 5 to 90% every 5s. I checked the running services and the MDM is the problem. Also some clients report some strange problems. One send one as attachment. The status of the clients are red or orange from some past status. The server dont get the new status, but i see the correct last connection. We try to restart the server and also the clients. On client side all is fine. ERA and MDM have the latest version. Clients have also the newest version. There are some known problems? Any tips?
  17. Hi, we have problems with installing, so we reinstall and reenroll the device. Now after the client connects to the server: "Device has been removed from management manually" After this no other actions possible after this, phone "say" all is ok. Android OS: 6.0.1 Device: STH100-2 (DTEK50) ERAS: last version Endpoint: 2.1.18.0-0 Any Tips?

  19. With dynamic group ist not realy possible, i have done this by a little trick. Setup "out of date" virussignatur to 2 days and create a dynamic group with all clients witch are out of date. Its not 100% but usefull for this because all clients witch not connect have also the old signature stamp so they are out of date on the second day

  21. Hi. i have a client witch has installed Acronis True Image 2015, Acronis checks on every start for updates. "Problem" is that it want connect to a IP range, not to a "DNS Name" https://69.20.59.* -> and i cant setup this as wildcard in the Web control. (according to hxxp://help.eset.com/ees/6/en-US/index.html?idh_config_parental_url_group_edit.htm) How i can setup an exception for this? Its getting blocked because we setup the category "Not Categorized" (for testing block as much as we can by default categorys) Any Tips or is the only solution to deactivate this category, because the servers are randomly and i dont want to make a exeptionlist of XX IPs. thx HSW
