  1. No there is no new warning recorded in the event log if I manually update. But at 3:31pm today when it automatically looked for updates there was a new event in the event log. If I do the DNS lookup there is no new warning either.
  2. My output looks just like yours but the ip address for eset is 38.90.226.40
  3. I'm getting warnings of DNS update.eset.com timed out after none of the configured DNS servers responded. Is there anything I need to be worried about?
  4. I went to play a game on pogo and it was flagged as a trojan. Can you please look into this. i took a screen shot of what is quarantine
  5. I have that message in my event viewer. But my computer boots up and does not give me a BSOD. So do I have to worry about this?
  6. I did click on details but it did not show what that little red person and green check marked mean.
  7. Was just wondering what that little red person was under reputation? I have never seen that before so I just wanted to know what that meant. Everything seems to be working right. Here is a picture of what I'm talking about
  8. I don't have the latest hips support module. I have 1379.3 hips module but I'm also not on pre-release updates I'm on regular updates.
  9. Thank you Itman!! Everything seems to be working today. I did the ipconfig/all and everything matches my ip and subnet address. We have been having some issues with our internet provider and they been working on some stuff. So I was not a where of that until today.
  10. I have noticed when I turn on my new computer eset shows me an ipv6 address under network device. Then when I go into network protection troubleshooting I see my computer blocked incoming Netbios request. Then If my computer goes to sleep and I wake it up eventually under network device it will only show an ipv4 address not the ipv6 address. Is there anything I should be concerned about? I'm not computer wise on technical side of the computer. I still have access to the internet when it is just the ipv4 address and the blocking does not affect anything on my end/
  11. Has the fix come through regular updates yet because I have not seen a change on my side? Do I have anything to worry about with 96 system changes that were made?
  12. I just noticed this under logs files events. Anonymous statistical information was sent to Eset. This I have just noticed today that this has been happening since Dec 3. I did not change any of my settings. Is there a way to turn off sending information to eset and is it safe to do so? What kind of information is being sent?
  13. I typed in the wrong address to a site and it came up as a trojan redirect and it say the malware was removed and connection was terminated. But I want to make sure there is no other thing that I need to do. I did a scan and everything is clear. I have two screen shots that I will post
  14. I got a quick question about this. Under Network Connections under Eset I don't see the ekrn.exe. Should it be listed because I don't see it there when I go to Network Connections?
  15. I got the same notice and I clicked keep rules. What I want to know is if that was alright to do or did I put my self at risk of anything?
  16. I have firefox 68.0.1 installed on my computer. The root certificate for eset is in there but I was looking at something and it said Mozilla does not recognize this certificate issuer. I thought I would ask about it. Here is a screen shot of it
  17. Got a question. Instead of typing in youtube I typed yotube instead. So I get Potentially unwanted content found. Before I would get a pop notification on my desktop saying site was blocked. But now with version 12.2.23.0 I don't get the pop up notification I just get the alert in the browser? Do I need to turn something on to get the pop notification on desktop?
  18. I just updated to the new version and I remember on advance set up under update profile there use to be a place where you could enable or disable notification for virus signatures. I don't see that anymore under there but under tools notifications basic display notification about successful update there is no check mark in box does that mean that it is enable or disable for successful virus signature popup on desktop? I'm kind of confused. I'm just trying to figure out if it needs a check mark in the box to be enabled or does it not need a check mark there to see the pop about virus signature on desktop?
  19. I'm having the same issue since updating to windows 10 1903. It was working before I installed the new windows 10 update. Running Processes time of discovery is unavailable. I do have LiveGrid enabled. I restarted my computer and seems to be working now
