Then it will show you what has been protected. I don't know if it is a glitch but once you close eset then you will have to repeat but clicking on the gear at the top right of security report.

  11. With background intelligent transfer service are you suppose to see it in the task manager all the time or is it meant to only run when there is jobs or updates? Sometimes I see it and sometimes I don't. In event viewer I see it goes from demand start to auto start then from auto start to demand start. Is this normal or do I have to worry about this? Is Background intelligent transfer service suppose to be seen in task manager all the time?
  12. I went to virus radar today because eset said it had been 13 hours since last update. I saw at virus radar it was 21449 and I got that last night at 7pm. What I want to know is that I'm still protected?
  13. So I had to reinstall firefox today. I have noticed that the certificate is not put into firefox authorites certificates!! Did that change? I did follow these steps In Firefox, type 'about:config' in the address bar If prompted, accept any warnings Right-click to create a new boolean value, and enter 'security.enterprise_roots.enabled' as the Name Set the value to 'true' When I go to one of my sites it says you are securely connected to this site by eset. So even though I don't see the eset certificate in firefox certificate store I'm still being protected right?
  14. Since doing a windows update this week. My eset is staying between 60 and 70 mb. Could it have been something to do with last months windows update? Thank you for the help
