Please provide me with your public license ID.

Of course, the fact that we don't support such feature yet does not mean that future versions of our products will not support it either.
-
You could add the license in the License manager at my.eset.com to find out how many seats it covers.

"BadUSB" protection is not currently supported.

As of v12.2, eamsi.dll is signed by Microsoft, hence the error should not be logged any more. Anyways, it doesn't affect protection whatsoever and script scanning via AMSI worked in older versions without issues.

Yesterday, I installed the Engilish version 12.1.34.0 on another PC and checked the encryption module.
The version was 1034.
There should be v 1028.2 of the module now unless pre-release updates are enabled in the advanced update setup.

I'm afraid that we won't be able to answer the question. Please create a support ticket with your local customer care.

I would recommend contacting customer care for assistance. ERA v5 is in the phase of limited support and its end of life is planned for December 2019.
Therefore we strongly encourage you to upgrade to ESMC as soon as possible.
For more information about the upgrade procedure, please refer to:

The only difference between ESET NOD32 Antivirus and ESET Internet Security is in the set of features. If an issue was fixed in a particular version of ESET NOD32 Antivirus, it must be fixed in the same version of ESET Internet Security too since they share the same binaries.

You mean Cryptographic support module 1028.2 dated on 2019-07-16 isn't it?
Yes, it was a typo. The correct version number is 1028.2 as you wrote.

Please read this before you post reads:
Do not report blocked websites
After cleaning a website from malware and taking measures to prevent further re-infection, request a re-check as per the instructions in the FAQ. This forum does not serve as a channel for requesting website re-check or disputing blocks or detections.Having said that, we'll draw this topic to a close.

We've reverted the Cryptographic support module to the previous version while the issue is being investigated and a solution prepared. You should now have version 1028.2 of the module which didn't cause the issue.

But what I'm wondering is why eset is blocking a Microsoft system process?
Because the system process was attempting to suspend ESET's processes. As to why, only Microsoft knows.

It is normal to get a lot of records like this after enabling logging of all operations. I'd say that only Microsoft knows why is that happening since csrss.exe is a system process, not ours. Most likely it has nothing to do with your issue.

Please try installing the previous version of the SSL module as follows. The module provided is only for 64-bit systems so if you need a 32-bit version for testing, let me know.
- download the module from https://forum.eset.com/files/file/16-em045_64dll/
- Start Windows in safe mode and copy em045_64.dll to "C:\Program Files\ESET\ESET Security\Modules" (not to any of its subfolders).
- Restart Windows to normal mode and try to reproduce the issue. Check if the version of the Cryptographic protocol support module is 1028.1.Important note: In order for the module to update automatically in the future, it will be necessary to delete the module you've copied to the root of C:\Program Files\ESET\ESET Security\Modules.
-
I will check with developers but Cryptographic protocol support module 1034 was supposed to add support for TLS 1.3:
Please check if you have this version of the module.
-
Not sure what the problem is, I didn't have any problem opening the website in Firefox 68. The site has never been marked to open in a secure browser automatically.
-
Does temporarily disabling protocol filtering make a difference?
If so, please carry on as follows:
- enabled advanced logging in the main gui -> Help and support -> Details for customer care
- reproduce the issue
- disable logging
- collect logs with ESET Log Collector and post the generated archive here. -
Like expanding all nodes and exporting it in tha t form to a pdf file for instance? This is not currently possible.

There's no time frame. It will be released after the known issues have been fixed and after the module has been thoroughly tested which will take some time.
