I've a problem with Whitelisting I need to receive mail from a trusted domain (ersel.it) I've tried to set antispam whitelist for IPs and domain, but I continue to find mails from such domain in mail quarantine with message the ip (77.238.18.7 ) is blacklisted in cloud blacklist. Some issues related to antispam whitelists were already fixed - upgrade of EMSX could probably help. To remove a trusted domain from cloud blacklist please contact support.
