plittlefield 0 Posted July 23, 2016 Share Posted July 23, 2016 I cannot find the ESET Remote Administrator Maintenance Tool in Windows 7. It is missing from the Windows Start Menu. Can I run it from an .exe in Windows Explorer or Download it separately please? I need it to backup the database in our existing ERA before migrating to a separate appliance. Thank you. ESET Remote Administrator (Server), Version 6.3.136.0ESET Remote Administrator (Web Console), Version 6.3.114.0 ...and which to back up the database using the official Maintenance Tool. However, in my version of Windows 7 Professional, where the ERA is installed, my Windows Start Menu does not have an entry for 'Maintenance Tool'.
