ESET Remote Administrator Maintenance Tool MISSING

I cannot find the ESET Remote Administrator Maintenance Tool in Windows 7.

 

It is missing from the Windows Start Menu.

 

Can I run it from an .exe in Windows Explorer or Download it separately please?

 

I need it to backup the database in our existing ERA before migrating to a separate appliance.

Let me do a little reminder about asking for help, the support usual phrase is:

 

"Help us to help you" >> that means: "Give us the much information you have about your problem, so we can help you".

 

After say that I have to ask: Which version of ERA your are using? v5 or v6?

Hello,

 

I am using versions...

 

ESET Remote Administrator (Server), Version 6.3.136.0
ESET Remote Administrator (Web Console), Version 6.3.114.0

 

...and which to back up the database using the official Maintenance Tool.

 

However, in my version of Windows 7 Professional, where the ERA is installed, my Windows Start Menu does not have an entry for 'Maintenance Tool'.

 

Can you help by showing me the .exe or a download for just the Maintenance Tool.

Hi,

 

There is a "Migration tool" under Program Files > ESET > ESET Remote Administrator.

 

No "maintenance tool" as far as I know, did the second link help you?
