I am confused. I have heard that ESET Smart Security changed it's name to ESET Internet Security in version 10 which is currently beta. If yes, then what about current Smart Security? Please confirm.

That's not completely true. There will be 2 new products, both based on ESS. One will have less features and the other one more. Let's wait for the official release announcement where the differences will be explained in more details.
