Lloyd6770 0
About once a week for the last 3-4 weeks, my ESET Server fails to get updates. Once it fails, it will continue to fail until I manually go in and choose "Update Now". Once I do that, it's good for another week or so. I've now tried both leaving the "Clear update cache" box unchecked, as well as checking it, and the results are the same. It will continue to get updates for roughly a week. The message just says, "Failed, can't download (Date/Time)". No changes have been made, so I'm not sure what could be causing this. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks! Administrators Marcos 4,919 Posted April 25, 2016 Administrators Share Posted April 25, 2016 Are you using the latest ERA v5.3.33 and more-less the latest version of Endpoint on clients?
Lloyd6770 0
We're using ERA v5.2.22 and the endpoint versions are 5.0.2228. One thing that differed today from the past few weeks however is, attempted to update failed. I ended up having to stop and restart the ERAS services to get the server update to succeed. Lloyd6770 0
Here is a follow-up update for this. I'm still having the same issue. We are going to look at updating ERA to v5.3.33 to see if that resolves the issue.
