RyanTsai 3
I tried creating the V5 package then use Remote Install - "Upgrade Windows Client" task to push V5 upgrade to V4.2 clients, but it seems not to be working. Task need with warning message which looks like "No available updates for the client". Just want to ask if this a supported scenario or not? If not, are there any other reliable remote installation options besides Active Directory and Remote Push for V4 to V5?
Administrators Marcos 5,259 Posted April 6, 2016 Administrators Share Posted April 6, 2016 It depends on what v4.2 you have as only the latest versions (I reckon 4.2.41+) support the upgrade task.

Administrators Marcos 5,259 Posted April 7, 2016 Administrators Share Posted April 7, 2016 The Upgrade client task does not work for the latest version of Endpoint 5.0.2260. You'd need to perform a push install.
