I'd suggest contacting your local customer care and ask them to re-send your registration email. As for hanging / freezing issues, does it happen also with KB2664888 installed? https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2664888 We strongly recommend using Endpoint v6 which has protection against file encryptors improved compared to v5. The moment they click on the image to open it hangs the Browser. After disabling ESET they are able to access. I have tried disabling all the options in ESET AV but in vain.
