cant uninstall

hello i have eset nod32 antivirus 9 and i want it removed i tryed uninstalling it from control panel and it got stuck at deleting the ''eset service'' so i canceled it now i cant uninstall it because the program doesnt show up at the installed programs and i can not end the process so i can manualy remove it
