Firewall problem

i have  a windows 10 system.   my smart security was running fine but now I have a warning that my firewall is not open.  I tried to open it but it will not.  I have removed and reinstalled smart security.  still no firewall.  any ideas?

Not sure what warning you're getting. Please post a screen shot of it for clarification.

after upgrading from windows 7 Home premium to windows 10, eset firewall is going off & can not trun on that, system using windows firewall. I trying to solve this problem by reinstalling, but not solving. my windows is up to date. Last checked: Today .please help me.

Hello,

Navigate to Settings -> Network and Internet -> Ethernet -> Change adapter options. Then right-click the Ethernet icon, select Properties and make sure that ESET Personal Firewall is enabled.

If it is not, temporarily disable ESET Self-defense and restart the computer, then open C:\Program Files\ESET\ESET Smart Security\Drivers\epfwlwf\, right-click EpfwLwf.inf and select Install.

After the driver has been installed, re-enable ESET Self-defense and restart the computer.
