Hello Ronnie,

Do you use 32 or 64bit version of Ubuntu?

Do you have automatic updates enabled and all patches installed?

Which exact version of chromium do you have installed?

Could you please paste the error message here?

I am not Ronnie but I have the same problem.

Ubuntu 32 bit (13.04) on VMware. Host OS: Windows7 64 bit.

Ubuntu automatic updates enabled.

ESET NOD32 Antivirus 4 for Linux Desktop(4.0.79.0)

Chromium (28.0.1500.71)

Chromium error message: "Aw, Snap! Something went wrong while displaying this webpage. To continue, reload or go to another page."

This error occurs not only when internet, but also chromium setting screen, version screen, etc.

Sign me up as well -I'm having the exact same problem. Chromium was working fine before installing ESET. Firefox seems to work, but ocassionally I get the same "oops" error. I'm also having trouble playing video clips in Reuters news website using either Chromium or Firefox.
