Machine locking with Endpoint V6

After running out of use the computer for a few hours the PC stops working is necessary to restart it
Note: This is only happening with Windows 7 machines and version 6 installed ENDPOINT.

You are likely running 32 bit OS. I don't believe they make this hotfix for 32 bit systems. You can go to :  hxxp://support.eset.com/kb3668/ and follow the section in yellow starting with :

f you are running ERA Server version (Windows) or version (Linux) and experiencing system freezing issues after the upgrade, follow the steps below for your system architecture:


This should address the issue you are having.
