I'm using windows server 2012. Please have a look at the log files if it helps. Hoping for your support Thanks Hello, seems you are trying to install ERA from non-local disk (is drive "P:" mapped network drive?) but unfortunately this scenario is not supported due to installer limitations. Hello, those logs will be located in the same directory as Setup.exe (in logs subdirectory) once you start installation.
