satellite360 0 Posted October 27, 2015 Share Posted October 27, 2015 Hi I'm following this guide (hxxp://support.eset.com/kb3553/) to upgrade from v4.5 of ESET Mail Security for Microsoft Exchange on Windows Server 2008 R2. The easiest solution is to remove EMSX 4.5 manually according to our guide at hxxp://support.eset.com/kb2289/ and then install v6. Please note the settings you changed in v4.5 won't be preserved like this and default settings will be used, as the installation of v6 will be performed as a clean one.
