JSUTTOR 0
I thought this was a very simple process but I can not seem to get this to work at all. I am not sure if it is something I am doing wrong or something that is not working. I created a template to find out of date version of ESET. The expression seems simple. I was able to find it in a post here on the forums. Operation AND Installed software . Application version REGEX ^[0-5]\..+ But my group is not populating anything... I have tried even duplicating existing templates just to see them work. But nothing populates. The default templates work great but I cant seem to create my own. Anything I can try? Is there something I am missing? Trigger?

Administrators Marcos 5,277 Posted October 30, 2015 Administrators Share Posted October 30, 2015 I've tested it and it worked like a charm. You may want to send a wake-up call to the client(s) so that agent receives the current list of dynamic groups. After a while, send a wake-up call again so that agent connects to ERAS and reports the computer in that dynamic group.
