Eset says virus signature database is out of date.

...But when I click update, it says there are no new updates and that I HAVE the most current update (3/7/2015)

How do I fix?

Please check your system date and make sure it's correct. If it's not, set the correct date and wait for the next update which should remove the warning.

If you have recently done a system restore, ESET needs to catch up. Like Marcos said, check you system clock and the wait for the next update
