Old threats alert

Hello folks, I'm stucked with ERA alerts, two situations; first I want to get rid of the old threat alerts and second is the alert like potentially unsafe application that was already removed from desktop but still on console as critical alert. Image 2: lost and found alerts, I want to delete them, Image 3: wrong alert, unsafe app was already deleted, Image 1: How to get rid of these alerts that was already fixed.

Does running a full disk scan on the client and cleaning all threats / PUAs by the scan cause the Active threats number to change to 0?

Select threats that are fixed and click Mute button.

 

Active threats number can be cleared only by full scan executed through ERA as Marcos said.
