Most Valued Members ewong 8 Posted 10 hours ago Most Valued Members Share Posted 10 hours ago Hi, A co worker was using a mission critical website when ESET blocked it (not sure why since we've been using it for a long time). Since she was working on her system, I figured I go into ESET PROTECT to unblock it. Going into the computer's "Detection & Quarantine", the Detections table is empty. The quarantine table has a list of unwanted applications as well as detected trojans. As I can't seem to find the actual page that does that show the blocked urls, I wen tot the "Log collector" and downloaded the logs and found the urllog.dat file that mentions the URL (but being a binary file), there's really nothing to do with it. So I went into the Policies and added the URL to the list of WhiteListed urls. After a moment, the co-worker could access the page. I'm a little puzzled as to why the list of blocked urls aren't available in text form in the selected computer details page. Did I miss it somewhere? Any clarifications appreciate. Thanks! Administrators Marcos 5,322 Posted 10 hours ago Administrators Share Posted 10 hours ago You can select and copy log records to clipboard as text on clients. In ESET PROTECT you can generate a report with blocked urls and then select and copy the desired text to clipboard.
